🛡️Shipping Insurance Policy

All products in our store (excluding special categories) are automatically covered by shipping insurance by default, underwritten by our platform’s cooperative insurance service providers (such as U-PIC, etc.). The coverage is as follows and is consistent with the platform’s logistics rules:

•  ✅ If the product has quality issues (e.g., defective, damaged, incomplete, unusable, or significantly inconsistent with the product description);

•  ✅ If the seller ships the wrong product, misses items (e.g., incorrect style, color, size, missing items in the package, etc.);

•  ✅ If the product is damaged or lost during transportation (confirmed by logistics or the platform).  Reasonable return shipping costs incurred from initiating a return will be compensated by the shipping insurance according to the agreement;

•  ✅ If the buyer initiates a return due to personal reasons (e.g., not liking the product, ordering the wrong item, etc.), the shipping costs will also be fully covered by the shipping insurance.

•  ✅ For orders placed in our store, the platform automatically insures each order without requiring the seller to select it separately. The coverage includes scenarios such as package loss, damage, and failed delivery.

• ✅ The shipping insurance only covers the basic return shipping cost and does not include expedited or additional fees
